Ben oversees day-to-day operations and leads Product and Technology at UPSTACK. He brings experience reshaping how IT infrastructure is sourced and managed. Prior to UPSTACK, Ben was a Registered Architect in New York and led complex public projects, including the High Line. He holds architecture degrees from UVA and Yale.

Chief Financial Officer

In his role as CFO, Andrew brings over 30 years of experience leading financial strategy in high-growth businesses. Prior to UPSTACK, he was CFO at Dale Carnegie, SPS, and Sterling Infosystems. Andrew specializes in M&A, private equity, and strategic planning. He is a CPA with an M.S. in Accounting from Long Island University.

Darren shapes and executes the strategic vision for UPSTACK’s largest and most complex customer relationships. With 20 years of IT industry experience, Darren previously co-led RDS Solutions before its merger with UPSTACK. He began his career as a CPA at PwC and holds an accounting degree from Stockton University.

An industry veteran, J.R. leads Advisory Services and Customer Experience at UPSTACK. He brings 20 years of experience supporting IT customers across all sectors. Prior to UPSTACK, he co-founded RDS Solutions, one of the largest independent digital infrastructure agencies in the U.S., and held key roles at Qwest. J.R. holds a business degree from Stockton University.

SVP, Advisory Services

As the head of Sales and Advisory Services at UPSTACK, Charlie and team align technology solutions to customer goals. He brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise sales and strategic partnerships, with prior leadership roles at 8×8, RingCentral, Oracle, and AT&T. Charlie holds business degrees from the University of New Hampshire and Southern New Hampshire University.

SVP, Product & Technology

Anders leads Product and Technology at UPSTACK, driving innovation in how customers and solution providers collaborate. He brings 27 years of experience building high-performance teams across roles at iCIMS, BlackBerry, and Bell Canada. Anders joined UPSTACK in 2023 and is known for his analytical mindset and passion for mentoring future leaders.

Ryan leads Corporate Development at UPSTACK, overseeing M&A and strategic partnerships that create long-term value for advisors and the business. He brings over 15 years of private equity and investment experience, with prior roles at Whittle School Studios, Liberty Partners, and Rothschild. Ryan holds a finance degree from the University of Virginia.

Alex leads Marketing at UPSTACK, driving awareness and demand for the UPSTACK Platform. He brings 20+ years of brand-building experience across industries, with previous roles at Spotify, Vanity Fair, VOGUE, and The Martin Agency. A UVA graduate, Alex helped scale Spotify from early-stage startup to multibillion-dollar global business.

Mike Houghton is Chief Revenue Officer at UPSTACK, a technology advisory and brokerage firm specializing in telecom, networking, cloud, and other critical technology services. With nearly three decades of industry experience, he leads revenue strategy and go-to-market execution across sales, partnerships, and client engagement.
