About Darren Jones
Darren is Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Customer Experience (CX) for UPSTACK in partnership with J.R. Vernick. The two partners were named to the UPSTACK leadership team in March 2023. Darren, along with J.R., oversees and orchestrates the UPSTACK customer journey – from solutions architecture and optimization through to advocacy. Their goal is to deliver a customer experience unrivaled in the technology services industry.
Darren and J.R. are the former Managing Partners for RDS Solutions, which merged with UPSTACK in February 2022. The two entrepreneurs built RDS Solutions into one of the largest independent digital infrastructure agencies in the United States by delivering effective, efficient solutions supported by a world-class customer service experience.
Drawing on 17 years of hands-on experience supporting IT customers of all sizes – from small and medium businesses to multinational enterprises – Darren works with J.R. to take the UPSTACK CX organization to the next level. This includes managing people and processes for solutions architecture, service delivery, project management, service desk and account management initiatives.
Darren started his career in accounting, working as a Senior Associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers (now PwC) before joining Thomson Reuters, a global provider of news and information-based tools, as a Senior Account Director.
Darren has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Stockton University in Galloway Township, N.J.
