About Rob Wuest
Rob has spent more than 30 years advising small and midmarket companies on their communications and IT services. He firmly believes in customer choice and is a devoted client advocate. As a partner with UPSTACK, Rob leverages his expertise to help businesses select and manage technology solutions that serve their needs today and into the future.
Rob’s long career in telecommunications began with more than a decade in sales leadership roles for well-known brands like AT&T, Verizon and Nortel Networks. When Nortel closed its doors in 2000, Rob became an agent selling newly competitive local phone services.
Rob’s company, Signal Technology Group, was formed on the principle of customer choice. The advisory firm offered clients the ability to choose their telecom and IT services providers along with expense management, roadmap planning and ongoing stewardship. He continues leading with that principle as a partner at UPSTACK and provides customers guidance with solutions of unified communications, contact center, cloud computing, internet and security.
Rob has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Utica in New York and a master’s degree in business administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York.
Rob spends his free time in the outdoors playing golf and staying fit physically and mentally.
