Investment Includes Strategic Partnership for Hardware Sales & Professional Services
NEW YORK, July 13, 2023 – UPSTACK, the fastest-growing platform for digital infrastructure, announced today that it acquired Sidepath Global Inc., a full-service provider of telecom services based in Henderson, Nevada. Additionally, UPSTACK has formed a strategic partnership with Sidepath Global’s sister company, Sidepath Inc., an IT value-added reseller (VAR) based in Laguna Hills, California. The terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
Founded in 2006, Sidepath Inc. started as a telecom services agency and, on client request, quickly added IT hardware sales and services. After 15 years of operating both divisions under a single brand, the company spun out the telecom agency as Sidepath Global in 2020. Both companies are owned by Jim Andronaco and Patrick Mulvee.
Following UPSTACK’s acquisition of Sidepath Global, Andronaco will become a Partner and Managing Director at UPSTACK. He also will continue as Co-owner and President of Sidepath Inc. Mulvee will remain Co-owner at Sidepath Inc.

Sidepath Global supports 150 customers with subscription services, including data center hosting, unified communications as a service (UCaaS), contact center as a service (CCaaS), connectivity, cloud computing, cloud backup and security.
The company has earned top-performer awards from its two technology services distributors (TSDs), becoming a Double Platinum Partner with Intelisys and an Elite Partner with Telarus.
Investors took note of Sidepath Global’s success, and owners Andronaco and Mulvee entertained several offers, ultimately selecting UPSTACK.
